A: We repair all brands of personal computers and laptops including AIO computers.

Q: Which areas do you cover?
A: Our coverage areas extends to within 30 miles from Harrow.

Q: How much do you charge for basic service?
A: We operate a fixed service charge from as little as £40 inc.

Q: Which payment method do you accept?
A: We accept all payment methods; Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card and PayPal.

Q: How long does it take to repair a computer or laptop if you have to take it away?
A: We fix most problems in your home, but if the repair is likely to take more than one hour, or spare parts are required we aim to return your computer to you within 24/48 hours. If we have to order spare parts then it may take longer.

Q: Are you qualified engineers?
A: yes, we are Microsoft Certified, and also have other certification for hardware service. We have many years of experience and you can be assured of quality service.

Q: Do you charge for home visits or on-site business support?
A: No, there is no charge for home call service, or business on-site callout.
