Please read the points below before requesting a service:
- Cost of your visit: Your home visit service will cost £40 inc if you are a new customer and you book online. For existing customers the charge is £50 inc. The price quoted covers the labour charge for one software service such as; Install Microsoft Windows, Repair Microsoft Windows, virus removal, slow PC, etc. If you require additional service such as backup, recovey, internet setup, etc, or you have a hardware fault then additional cost will be added and you will be notified in advance. - Requesting Home Visit: complete all fields in the form below, including model number of your computer or laptop if possible and description details of the fault or service required. We will provide you with a one hour slot appointment either by a phone call or via a text message. Please allow additional 1 hour time for our work in your home. This means you should ensure availability for at least 2 hours from the start of your appointment slot. Please note that our phone number may show as witheld if you receive a call from us.
- Cancel Visit: To cancel a visit please text “Cancel” or Call us to let us know. You must give us at least three hours notice before your appointment time, or there will be administration charge of £20. This admin fee must be paid by online only through our payment page.
Please provide as much information as possible so we can book an appointment for you quickly. If information provided is incomplete we may have to call you first, which means you have to wait a little longer for an appointment to be booked.
